Customer Support is our #1 Priority

The August issue of Inc Magazine has an article featuring Nick Bradbury and his effective use of support forums to build customer relationships.  Despite the fact that his was a one-man company, providing stellar support to his customer base was a key initiative for him.  Along with a dedicated support staff, support forums are an integral part of the NewsGator customer support philosophy.  They create an open dialog between the company and users - all part of the proverbial conversation. 

When our customers engage in the conversation, we gain insight into many facets of our business.  First and foremost, if something is broken, we need to know so we can fix it.  Second, as the article mentions, suggestions on product enhancements and features give us great insight on product development for future releases and product extensions.  There is no better market research than feedback from our existing customer base.

So, to all of you NewsGator users out there - please, tell us how we are doing.  It is our first priority to make sure we provide you with the best aggregation tools on the market - whether it is the free online service, the Outlook Edition or FeedDemon products or NewsGator Enterprise Server.

Finally, hats off to our support staff!  This group has a true commitment to the customer experience and we're lucky to have them.
