Business customers can contact NewsGator Support through your normal channels. Customers who purchased NewsGator products and who still have a current premium subscription can submit a request from the My Account (link) section of the NewsGator Online reader. If you are using one of NewsGator's free products, you can get answers to your questions in the knowledge base or forums listed below. Sorry, we do not offer direct support for our free clients.

Forums are available for you to request features, report problems, or just participate in a discussion about NewsGator. Experienced users of NewsGator products are often happy to help answer your questions.
Auto-Subscribe Images
You can add one of the following images to your website or blog, and link it to an auto-subscribe link; when anyone clicks on this link, they will automatically add a subscription to your feed in NewsGator Online. You just need to copy the HTML below to your site, and change "[RSS_URL_HERE]" to be your feed's URL.
