Adoption Framework Competency Program

Through years of experience and millions of users, NewsGator has evolved an Adoption Framework - a best practices of what that needs to be followed in order for a customer implementation to achieve success. The core of this Framework is the intersection of People Engagement strategies, Business Alignment work and Technology Enablement. For an implementation to be successful they need a mix of all three pillars. 

As part of the NewsGator Partner Program, the Adoption Framework Competency is intended to build partner capacity in all three areas of the Adoption Framework through two competencies: (1) People Engagement and Business Alignment Competency, and (2) Technology Enablement Competency.  For NewsGator Partners interested in pursuing these Competencies, details on the process and certification options can be found in the Partner Community on eNGage – our Customer and Partner Extranet.
