Join the NewsGator Partner program and become a leader in the social computing industry, changing the way people work around the world. NewsGator will provide you with the tools you need to offer NewsGator as a solution to your clients, as well as an adoption framework to help ensure the projects are successful.

Teamwork is the foundation for NewsGator’s Partner Program

NewsGator Partners can see results within weeks of joining the program. Your NewsGator Partner manager will work with you to develop a business plan and roadmap for success.

Referral fees/discount on software

NewsGator Partners receive referral fees on software sales even at the Base Partner level. Referral fees or discounts increase as Partners reach the Gold and Platinum levels.

Partner community

The key to a successful Partnership is ongoing communication. NewsGator offers an exclusive Partner Extranet, eNGage, to provide you with real-time access to sales and marketing materials, product information, and support. In addition to eNGage, NewsGator provides regular communication to our Partners on company and product direction.

Public relations

NewsGator Partners are encouraged to participate in our public relations program to bring awareness to their latest projects and generate additional leads. Partners are provided the tools necessary to issue press releases when they join the program. Gold and Platinum Partners have the opportunity to work with the NewsGator PR team to publish joint press releases and case studies.

Sales support

NewsGator considers our Partners an extension of our sales team. Partners are continuously provided with the latest tools to market and sell NewsGator products. All NewsGator Partners gain early visibility to the product roadmap and access to new product releases. The roadmap gives Partners an up-to-date view of upcoming releases, new product features, and other product enhancements enabling Partners to make expert and well informed impressions on customers.

The Collective – our annual user group

NewsGator hosts an annual conference and user group meeting. All Gold and Platinum level Partners are encouraged to attend and network with NewsGator and our customers throughout the event.

Partner communication

NewsGator delivers quarterly webinars to our Partner community to update them on company and product direction. All Partners receive the NewsGator Update, an email newsletter released monthly containing current news, offers, and product development information.

Technical support

Partner license

NewsGator Gold and Platinum level Partners receive a NewsGator software license for up to 100 seats of Social Sites® with complete product documentation. This initial software license enables Partners to prepare for upcoming projects without financial outlay, and familiarize their implementation teams with NewsGator products as quickly as possible. Partners can also use their NewsGator license internally to foster collaboration.

Demo system access

Additionally, all partners will receive access to the same demo system that our sales force uses, for presentation purposes. NewsGator Partners often use the demo system as a tool for their field sales teams.

Project support

NewsGator's experienced project teams are available to help Partners with their initial implementations. Our service consultants can provide advice on designing navigational structures, producing templates, setting up users, editing workflow, and exporting projects. NewsGator supplies its service consultants to work with Partners at a discounted rate.

The Adoption Framework Competency Program

Stregthen your partner capacity by participating in our adoption framework competency program. Participating partners will learn what it takes to make social initiatives truly succeed for their customers.

Support Inquiries

Partners are given premium access to NewsGator Technical Support. All inquiries are handled through an online ticket system or your dedicated Partner Support Manager with a limit of twenty technical inquires submitted per year per partner.
