NewsGator Premium Subscription
You are entitled to all product upgrades released while your
NewsGator Premium Subscription is active. You can check the status of your Premium Subscription from your
account page. If you know your Premium Subscription has expired, you can renew it for $19.95 on the
renewal page.
NewsGator Inbox upgrade instructions:
Important: If you are already a licensed Outlook Edition customer, upgrading is FREE.
You will need to download the NewsGator Inbox executable and install it.
When you first run NewsGator Inbox 2.6, you will see the activation wizard.
- If you already have a NewsGator Online Premium account, choose Existing User and enter your account credentials.
- If you don't have an account, choose New User and the activation wizard will walk you through creating one.
If the installation wizard cannot find your license key from the previous version, you'll be prompted to enter it.
NOTE: If you don't have your previous NewsGator Outlook Edition license key, you can retrieve it using NewsGator's license retrieval form. Click here to get an email containing your NewsGator order information and license key.
NewsGator Online Premium provides synchronization with NewsGator's services as well as free updates to NewsGator Inbox while your NewsGator Online Premium account is active. See the NewsGator Online Premium product information page for additional details and services.
Once your free year is up, renewing your NewsGator Online Premium is optional. However, if you decide not to renew, you will lose the server-based functionality and extra features as well as access to future NewsGator Inbox updates. You will still be able to use your current version of NewsGator Inbox as a stand-alone product.
